Cozy Beach House ( Walking Distance to Beach)

Beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house located just across the street from the ocean. The house includes all of the amenities for you to feel like you are at home. We also include complementary WIFI and cable, as well as coffee, a washer and dryer( includes laundry detergent). This is a duplex and we air bnb the other side as well. Each unit has access to their side with private entry.

Birthday getaway

We rented this property for the weekend to celebrate our son's 16th birthday. We had a great time. The property was in a great location. You can literally cross the road to get to the beach which was awesome. The property was very clean and spacious. It was great!

Great for family beach vacation

I stayed with my husband, 4 year old daughter, my mom and her dog. The property was nicely furnished and super close to the beach, about a 2 - 3 minute walk. There was an umbrella and chairs in the garage which we took to the beach. Easy check in and clear check out procedure. Would recommend this property and feel it's a great location.

Bittersweet Visit

My family and I visited New Smyrna to celebrate my Uncle who passed away. While the reason for our visit was sad, the home we stayed in was lovely. The space was open and bright and I did feel like I was at home. I’d love to come back for a family vacation.

Sweet little place

Wonderful location and beautifully decorated place! Bed very comfortable. Love the little extras like coffee and sugar😊 My only suggestion would be to have maybe a chair on the small patio and the grass cut in the back yard. Would definitely stay again-beach right across the street is a big plus! Thank you!!

New Year beach getaway

Location is excellent. Duplex is a little dingy. New paint would help. The yard could use a spruce up too. There were 4 people staying and only 2 coffee mugs. The beds were very comfortable and overall we had a great time.

Super nice

I really loved this VRBO. It’s super close to the beach in a cute little neighborhood. The beds we’re very comfortable and there were a lot of nice details there. There was coffee and everything you could want to go with it and a washer and dryer with soap, fabric softener etc. The attention to detail made the trip much easier. The house is decorated in a super cute beach theme. It is also updated with a nice kitchen and very spacious. I will definitely stay there again.

Nice place

Inside was updated, clean, and nice. Two chairs on the front patio which was nice to drink some coffee on. Kitchen had all the supplies needed. Beach access literally across the street. Only 5 minute drive to Flager Avenue. Neighborhood super quiet. Only suggestion as I had several teenage girls with me is mirrors in the bedrooms for makeup but they made it work.

Nice place for NSB stay

Nice duplex house with short walk to beach and a handful of restaurants. Rooms were very clean. Fenced yard allows a small, mostly sandy, area for dogs to go out. Appliances in good condition. Some walking/biking trails also nearby that were good for giving dogs on leash exercise. Pleasant neighborhood. Even though a duplex, we did not hear sounds from other side. Owner was very responsive to our one issue and had it resolved next day. Visitors to NSB should be aware that cars are allowed to drive and park on the beach. The dog beach is not near the house.

Beachy Vibe

Location is great. Very short walk across the street to the beach. Which was beautiful.Loved that there were good restaurants within walking distance. The house itself looks exactly as pictured online. Very cute and beachy. We did not do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. My mother enjoyed sitting in the front courtyard area. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. I would rent this house again when in NSB.

Perfect spot

Everything was easy with this place. From booking the house to checking out, everything was nice and easy. The house is very nice and clean. The owners give you nice amenities like toilet paper and soap. The communication is phenomenal between the renter and the property owner.
