We asked for a discount (since there were other Complexes that I purposely avoided that advertised ongoing construction & yet they offered a discounted rate to compensate) No where in the VRBO Listing did they disclose construction. It was nice to have our own designated parking spot & loved that it was close to grocery store. We have been coming to New Smyrna for years and have stayed at Sea Coast Gardens II twice and love the location. You are close to restaurants and shops but far enough away that the beach and roadways are safe. We were thrilled with the cleanliness of the property. Not a bug in site and everything was spotless! Our teenage daughter loved the extra "bed" in the converted closet and said she was super comfy in that room for the week.
