C-210 If you're looking for a condo sure to please the whole family you won't want to miss this picture perfect 2 bed/2 bath oceanfront unit. Win-San's complex is the closest oceanfront condo to Flagler Avenue shopping, dining, and more! With just 42 units in this family friendly community, you'll have plenty of room to relax at the pool. The unit is clean and bright and the price is just right! We call this unit a "poolside townhouse". This is a charming two-story unit with a well-equipped kitchen to cook all of your family meals. The kitchen is open to the living room which have wonderful ocean views and slider doors that flow directly out to balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The master is spacious with a king size bed that overlooks the pool. The spare bedroom has two full size beds. There is also a second couch downstairs in the living room for extra company, both bedrooms have TV's for your viewing pleasure after a long day in the Florida sunshine! There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs between the bedrooms and the other is conveniently located downstairs off the kitchen. Washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit. We pride ourselves on ensuring that every unit is clean and bright and this complex is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, cookware allow you to just bring your suitcase. Management is available whether it's a question about your unit, or a restaurant recommendation, we are there to assist! The pool area is well protected from the wind and clean. The kitchen and linens were stocked beyond expectation. Beds were extremely comfortable! The laundry facility, though not in the unit, were very user friendly, clean, and accessible. Having an ice maker, beach towels, beach accessories in the unit was so helpful too! Our only critique would be with the booking website and processing. Availability dates are difficult to navigate and payment processor not always functional. Be advised that there are 2 different property management companies for this community and their inventories are not accessible to each other, which can get a little confusing and frustrating when checking for available units. With all that being said, Kate provided excellent customer service, even after hours. We will be coming back next year to the hidden gem that is Win-San. ##### Hilary C. ---
