The closest building to Rec. 1 features the clubhouse, pool, spa, bar-b-que area, exercise facility, tennis courts, and shuffleboard courts; guests have all the amenities right at their fingertips. This unit has a welcoming coastal feel centered on the brightly colored coral reef. You walk into the open concept floor plan and enter the living room which is furnished with a neutral grey couch and love seat that has beautiful bright red and blue sea-themed throw pillows and decor with a lovely blue coral rug to make you feel like you're right at the beach! While sitting on the comfortable living furniture you can enjoy your favorite movies and shows on the 55" flat-screen TV. The living room opens into the spacious and updated kitchen that offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cherry wood cabinets that are fully stocked with everything you'd need during your stay. Overlooking the breakfast bar that seats three is the inviting dining area that offers a dining table with beautiful coral-shaped candle holders as centerpieces and seating for six. Off of the main living area, you'll find access to one of the two balconies this unit has to offer. Located in the hallway is the full-size laundry room that's equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Both guest bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, a nightstand, a full-size dresser, and spacious closets. Location to the pool couldn't be beat and the walk to the beach was not bad. The fire alarms were super touchy. We had to run the fan on high every time we ate and kept the sliding glass door open as well it we were using the oven. Otherwise the alarms went off constantly. They were very nice and very helpful! Very good directions to property and how to get in. The condo was PHENOMENAL! I totally did not want to leave, and neither did my family! It was super clean, very nice, great amenities, complex was great and safe and quiet too. We had access to anything we wanted to do, including swimming at the pool (just out the door and down the steps) and swimming at a beautiful section of beach where we found 3 sea turtle nesting sites-but of course we did not disturb them. The area was wonderful with some great restaurants close by, access to recreational activities and the ocean as well as the inlet areas. A nice local park was close by where there were tables and beach access. A lot less crowded than other areas too. I am already planning a trip back-I loved it!!! ##### Amy M. Great amenities. Pool closes at dusk was only downfall for us. With teenagers would like to see it open a little later. Great area. Felt very safe. Great beach access with barbecue grills not far away. Super clean and very nice. The price was phenomenal for 3 bedrooms and being that close to the beach. Was well equipped. Kitchen was easy to get around and cook in! Has 3 balconies! Really just perfect. Loved the items that came with unit. Beach chairs, tackle box, and wagon!
