"Beach Therapy" Check out this awesome condo in beautiful NSB that is perfect for your next beach vacation! The complex has amazing amenities at its two clubhouses including 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 small fitness rooms, gas grills, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and walking trails! If you tire of all the things to do in this complex- you have private beach access just a short walk away to the no drive beach. If you would rather have a quiet lunch/ dinner on the river you can head down to our little hidden gem, the famous "JB's Fish Camp" which is just a couple miles to the South, and you can't forget Flagler Ave where they have shopping, dining and entertainment for the whole family!

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has it all! The master features a king size bed and walk in closet with plenty of storage space, a large ensuite bathroom which includes double sinks, walk in shower and a large jetted soaking tub. The master also has a workspace along with sliding glass doors that provide a beautiful view of the estuary. The second bedroom features twin bunk beds as well as a queen size bed and walk-in closet. The second bathroom is conveniently located next to the second bedroom and there is a laundry room just off the kitchen. The beautiful, updated kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs and includes a large pantry. The kitchen overlooks the open dining/ living space that has large sliding glass doors that lead to your spacious balcony where you can relax and enjoy gorgeous sunsets while sipping your favorite beverage in the evening.

Great family stay

Loved the stay. Home was very clean and loved the family friendly community spaces. Pools were nice and walk to beach was close. Only negative was the garage gate being locked too early and then the door code not working to open it. Thank you for a great stay!

Beach Therapy - Very Therapeutic

Well appointed, many amenities, thoroughly enjoyed our view of the preserve. Spotted a bobcat twice. Easy walk to the beach. Thank you for creating a great beach vibe in the condo.

Clean Condo great location

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids are 5-10yrs old and they were fine in the guest bedroom. Location is great right across from the pool. The estuary view is also so peaceful. We loved it.

Great Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay in Beach Therapy! The condo was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Watching the beautiful sunsets from the balcony in the evening was priceless! We loved the amenities at Oceanwalk and the proximity to the beach was fantastic! NSB Realty was truly wonderful to work with! Would definitely rent through them again!

Great location

Perfect location for us, love that we had specified beach access even being across the street from the beach. The management company was very responsive, when our parking passes were not there at check in, they brought them right out. They also sent detailed instructions before check in on how to get through the gate and to the unit which was helpful.The layout of the condo was great and we loved the peaceful quiet views from the balcony. I was concerned about the noise being so close to the pool and basketball courts as there was always someone playing, but you couldn’t hear a sound in the condo and it was great! Also loved how dog friendly the condo and the entire complex was. We have a doodle who doesn’t shed and i was concerned about evidence of past dogs staying there and nope, there was no dog hair on the furniture or evidence that dogs stay there! We really enjoyed our stay, we visit the area frequently to see family and we plan on staying here again. Thank you for a great visit!

Last minute booking

We had a death in the family and had to book last minute. I booked the wrong days accidentally and NSB Realty fixed it all for me. I wasn't able to check any of the email instructions due to driving and someone talked to me after hours to assist with check in. We ended up having to extend our stay another night and they just made it so easy. With so much stuff to worry about this week, I truly thank Nsb realty for perfect stay. The condo was beautiful, beds were so comfortable, view was amazing and we got to bring our dog with us! Everything was perfect, thank you everyone who helped me, via email, phone and text!
