It had everything we needed to cook meals, have a stress free beach day, and enjoy time with my dad who also lives in Sea Woods. The home itself is comfy and homey and although mostly original kitchen and bathrooms, it was just what we needed. We felt springs in our back all night. There was food left from previous renters left in the fridge and pantries. All the appliances are old and outdated. Dust in all air vents and on the ceilings. I recommend that you not rent this unit until it is completely cleaned and updated. Short walk to the beach. Made a great base camp for our daily adventures. Great restaurants nearby if you don’t want to cook.
