The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones. Snuggled in the sand dunes and only steps to the car-free beach, come enjoy your next vacation at this 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome in Sea Dunes, Green Turtle. The floorplan allows your family to occupy the upstairs 2 bedroom 2 baths while extended family can enjoy a separate 1 bedroom 1 bath downstairs. This unique property has been recently renovated and features a white-washed pecky cypress wood finish, a large ocean-view deck, and all the comforts of home. Upstairs, guests will find a spacious ocean-view living room with vaulted ceilings, a dining room, and large open, fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. I have rented ALOT of homes and I'd have to say this one was probably in the bottom five. We had no hot water the day we arrived (had two toddlers we needed to bath after a half a day of traveling and no way to bath them). When I contacted the property management they really didn't seem to care and told me maintenance could not get there until the next day. The maintenance guy was great and for other issues the property management company was fairly nice. The townhouse itself is just ok. It is advertised as having a tub which it does not. We were given limited pillows, one per person and no extra blankets. We were also given three washcloths for eight people. I called the property management company and they were able to provide five more so at least we had one per person. The linens in general need to be replaced, they are old and wearing out. The beach access is great! Loved the pool too. The house was stocked with everything you could need and beach and pool toys as well! The nightly rental is very affordable but the administrative fees are high.
