This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience. What to Expect: You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 11th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown. This deluxe oceanfront and southeast facing, top floor gem, features the finest vistas on the beach! Loved this place! Even better looking in person. Had everything we needed for a great week long family vacation. Spent most of our days on the beach. Very laid back, relaxing beach where we could build sandcastles, jump the waves and just relax on the beach. Never crowded. Several little places to eat down the road in New Smyrna. Not too far away to check out the light house and Daytona for some mini gold and gator feeding. We even drove to universal studios amusement park for a day(a little over an hour drive away). My husband and I agreed that this condo had to have the best view in the whole building!! We even got to see some dolphins swimming early morning from our balcony.
