The unit was clean and had basic necessities. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, pool and grill area. The only negative was one of the neighbors was a smoker and any time the individual smoked the scent would somehow infiltrate our entire unit. The laundry room held the scent the most. We spent 90% of our time on the beach or at the pool, so this did not really impact us that much. As a whole, our experience was very enjoyable. ##### Caroline S. This condo is on the second floor with an elevator. The condo complex is very well maintained. There is a nice pool and lots of chairs to sit in and look at the pool or the beach. There is a fantastic walking beach. The condo itself has a balcony with a "peekaboo" view of the ocean. However cleanliness of this condo is lacking. It did not look as if anyone had vacuumed the floor or washed the dishes in a while. We needed to scrub pots and pans before using. The master bath shower appeared to have mold and a low toilet that didn't always function properly. It is somewhat close to stores and restaurants but you will need to drive. ##### Lisa H.
