"Jocelyn was amazing. The pillows were horrible and the mattress was on a frame with metal slats so you woke up to a hole in the mattress and no support. My back was trashed. The front desk is behind plexiglass like a gas station and you have to ask for a hairdryer. Don’t expect a Ramada experience but Jocelyn was A+"

"My only complaint about my stay is that the air freshener they were pumping through the lobby and hallways was EXTREMELY over powering. INSTANT HEADACHE. It was so strong and noxious. I would not stay here again only for that reason."

"Check in process was very easy. The property manager was kind and welcoming, reached out several times to ensure we didn’t have questions. The house was clean and spacious, enough to comfortably accommodate our large family. Only cons were the second floor bathroom shower water pressure was very weak and there were hot water inconsistencies. Property does not have a driveway/any private parking so you have to park on street. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would book again the in the future. "

"Unfortunately my check in to the property was delayed, I miss an event I had scheduled. I understand things happen but I shouldve been notified, instead I didnt find out until I arrived at the property that I couldnt enter because the apartment was being cleaned. After waiting almost 1.5hrs for cleaning, the apartment wasnt thoroughly cleaned, lots of hair and crumbs on the floors, dirty towel in the kitchen. Overall, the place is nice with comfortable beds, but communication is key."
