Sailhouse Loft is a contemporary two-bedroomed third floor apartment with sensational panoramic views over New Quay beach and harbour. The perfect location! Situated right on the bay, you might be able to spot the famous bottlenose dolphins who are regular visitors.

Sailhouse Loft is in the heart of New Quay, one of Ceredigion’s foremost holiday destinations and is perfect for a fun-filled family holiday or a relaxing break with friends. Explore the many cafes, restaurants, and shops and enjoy an ice cream or fish and chips on the harbour wall.
Take a boat trip to explore the Marine Heritage Coast or walk along the Ceredigion Coastal Path.
Many other beaches and villages to the north and south of New Quay include Llangrannog, Aberporth, Tresaith, and the stunning town of Aberaeron. Further away is the university town of Aberystwyth with its arts centre, museums, and funicular railway. Everywhere is easy to reach by car. OUTSIDE Parking is available in the nearby public car park, approximately 150 yards away. It is possible to unload in the loading bay opposite the property, but only if a space is available. Alternatively, you can unload on St John Street, though please note there is usually a 2-hour minimum stay restriction. Once unloaded, park in the Rock Street car park for both unloading and parking.

Sitting upstairs, soaking in the views was like being in a painting,Fabulous panorama.We had a wonderful rest and chill, looking at the same next year.
Lovely cosy stay in this home from home apartment. Yes its on the top floor of the block but so worth it for the stunning views. Perfectly situated for local eateries, cafes, restaurants and cosstal walks.
