I loved how the house faces the water and looking out the front window or sitting on the porch gives you such a pretty view of the cottee river. My husband and myself enjoyed having access to a dock where we sat every morning and had our coffee. I also loved the access to the water by kayak right off the dock. The house has modern kitchen and bathrooms but the furniture and flooring is antique just like the house. Simply charming and we would definitely stay again. ##### Angela K. The house is located in a pleasant setting. The Cotee River is right across the street and there is a segment of paved walkway along the water. The house is cozy and cute, with a big screened front porch facing the river. Sheila, the owner, was responsive to our questions. There happened to be a holiday-lighted boat parade one evening during our stay. We sat on the property's private pier and watched the decorated boats pass by.
