The pool was perfect for him in a quiet, non- touristy neighborhood. My flights were delayed for a day and the owner was very kind and accommodating with my change in schedule. There was one unexpected issue with the electricity going off in the kitchen but it was resolved in a good time frame and the owner came over herself to fix the problem. The outdoor area is adjacent to a dock and oven, and as stated in the description, may not be suitable for toddlers or small children- but Inkept a lifejackets on my son and there were no concerns. We thought there might have been more activity on the canal but were fortunate to see a dolphin come in. Was cool when we were there and could have used the pool more but was happy it was sunny for most of the time. We used to have a house in Ft Lauderdale and the house reminded me of good times there. The only thing we would have suggested was the front just needed more curb appeal and the grounds kept up with the grass. Besides that it was a great house. This place was awesome. The inside was clean and a great size to have some friends over for dinner. The pool was perfect!
