This may not be the biggest property you’ll ever stay in but it proves the adage that good things come in small packages. There are two bedrooms up narrow stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. For everyone else, the rooms are a comfortable size with a decently roomy bathroom. The same can be said of the bedroom and ensuite downstairs, with the combined kitchen/dining and living room more than adequate for the three of us (adult women). The house is minutes from the town centre, restaurants and the Coastal Walk and was an absolutely delightful choice for our stay in the equally delightful New Plymouth. ##### Daniela S. Reviewer Comments: House was in a great location 3 or so street from main shops / close to gardens / park. Modern property at the back of 3 (down a driveway so nice and private). Having the garage was great as we had bikes to store. House had everything you needed (Wifi, washing machine & dryer even) and the layout was great. Bedroom and bathroom downstairs and the other 2 bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. Cute little courtyard and parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway also. ##### Kim S.
