Situated just off New Plymouth's Main Street, up a quiet private drive way, with a private yard and park next door. This apartment is close to the CBD & Hospital and minutes to the coastal walkway with numerous cafes and restaurants, Len Lye centre and much more. Easy access to Surf Highway 45 and coastal attractions, and a short drive to Pukekura Park. Mt Egmont/Taranaki is only 30 minutes drive away. PLEASE NOTE.
