Good facilities in room and bathroom. Not so good was the bed - it was awful. Only one easy chair although apartment was for 2 guests. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on! The room was very nice. But holy moly was the smell in the hall and the garage which we had ro pay to park was so horrible it was the worst ever. Was told it was the gease trap but it was not, it was straight sewage. The gentleman watching the lobby on our checkin day i think his name was Jimmy tall with a beard he was the most polite person and so helpful. The rooftop pool had an amazing view to just relax in the evening even if not getting into the pool. The location was convenient to just walk to French quarter, river walk and convention center.
