Probably best for families with kids or close friends as access to the restroom from the back bed room requires you to walk through the front bedroom. Wonderful location, walking distance to everything we wanted. But far enough away from The Party to relax. Door Dash was quick when we were too tired to go back out. Streets were well lit, still used common sense caution. Nice apartment. Do bring extra long charging cables or extension cord.
