This carefully designed apartment is one of four in a charming building on a quiet residential street in New Orleans. With two private entrances and all the comforts of home, it strikes a seamless balance of style and convenience. The living room offers a queen-size leather sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress plus cozy bench seating. Gather at the four-person dining table or cook in the fully stocked kitchen. The serene bedroom includes a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, dresser, and nightstands, along with direct access to the peaceful shared backyard. Hotel-quality linens, privacy shades, designer furnishings, and curated local art add an inviting, distinctly New Orleans feel.

You’ll have full access to the private apartment, along with shared amenities including the lush backyard, laundry room, and complimentary bikes—ideal for getting out and exploring the city. The apartment is centrally located in the Central City neighborhood. It’s surrounded by the Warehouse District, known for its art galleries and restaurants; the Lower Garden District, a young and vibrant neighborhood centered around Magazine Street; the Garden District, known for its historic mansions and cemeteries; and Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard, which contains a variety of museums and restaurants.

My dad and I have lovingly owned and managed this home for over 13 years. As a local architect and historic preservationist, it’s been a joy to thoughtfully maintain and preserve this house as a beautiful example of New Orleans architecture.
