The management was super responsive and was quick to deal with issue with WiFi and hot tub but we did have an intruder in our backyard that was a bit scary. I must admit they were quick to send some help and the situation was resolved-

The location is in an area that is going through changes as homes are being purchased and refurbished/rebuilt. At that it is very close to St Charles St and all of the trolley stops. The walk over to the French Quarter is a bit long but still manageable. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance, especially in the direction of St Charles St.The home itself is very nice. Well kept, clean with LOTS of room. The beds were very nice. No complaints from the pickiest of sleepers. The pool was great to have. Communications with the owner was wonderful. They contacted us immediately upon renting wanting to know if we needed additional information. They kept in contact with instructions. We received the check-in and property info the day before so there was no worries you sometimes get when you and others are arriving from all over the country and you still don't have the information on how to open the door. They immediately responded to our evening questions while we were there as well.I would highly recommend this property and any other managed by Heirloom.
