The neighborhood was quiet, and having dedicated gated parking was a huge plus. It was an easy walk or a short drive to lots of great restaurants and sightseeing. Perfect for our group. A few kitchen items need attention: the garbage disposal, oven light in the stove, and ice maker in the freezer was frozen. All very minor and did not hamper our thrill with the property. I would suggest it for anyone needing several bedrooms and bathrooms. Karen was responsive to our needs. We were three mid 70s women celebrating our birthdays together. There was plenty of room to sit and talk. Everything was clean and plenty of extra towels, blankets and pillows. Beds were very comfortable. Host who lives downstairs was couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Easy to walk to many places. Good little coffee places in the neighborhood. ##### susan e. The property delivered as promised and we enjoyed lounging around during our downtime. Our host’s restaurant recommendations were fantastic and she was friendly and accommodating. Apartment was large and very comfortable. Host lives onsite and was helpful, friendly, and responsive. Home is 2 blocks from the St. Charles streetcar station and 2 blocks from the Magazine Street commercial district.
