Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft Apartment, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a historical cast iron rope elevator wheel. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. Come check us out we would love to have you!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

A great location to be close to everything fun! A quiet street with a short walk to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. Studio apartment set up worked well for our family of four - the fire escape balcony was a fun photo spot, too.

In NOLA with all the Swifties!

My wife and I spent 4 nights at this unit from Saturday 10/26/24 thru Wednesday 10/30/24. We had tickets to the Sunday night Taylor Swift concert. We couldn’t have been happier staying here. Perfectly located and walking distance to the French Quarter and The Superdome. Great communication throughout our stay and the unit was very clean and had all the amenities that were advertised. We are already taking about coming back and staying here again! Thanks for hosting us during one of our best vacations!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. Lots of character and great location! It’s just a block from Canal St and 4 blocks from Bourbon St - close enough to be part of the action, but far enough to be able sleep at night. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. I took one star off for the bathroom. It was quite small, with no shelf or surface for toiletries. It was also in various states of disrepair: the top of the hand soap dispenser was cracked (but it worked); handle to the shower was loose (but it worked); (tank on the commode was loose (but it worked.) It would be a 5+ Star experience with some very inexpensive repairs and additions.

Perfect couples getaway!

This is even better than the pictures. Beautiful space! I loved everything about the room. Comfortable, gorgeous and great lighting. Beautiful morning sun. I loved making coffee (supplied!) and watching the city out of the windows. Great location within walking distance of the French Quarter and bars/restaurants, but not right on top of it, so it’s not too crazy or loud. Short Uber ride to Smoothie King stadium for our show. Free laundry available on the same floor (much appreciated!). I can’t say enough good things about this stay and our host. We will most definitely be back again!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute studio. The location worked for us to walk to everywhere we wanted (we are active so a couple of the walks were a mile) which allowed us to work off some of the calories we consumed at all the great food places!! There is food right outside the door, and major tourist areas with in short walks. Some longer journeys might mean an Uber for some. The place was clean, comfortable, and adorably unique in the manner it was converted into losing from what was once clearly and industrial building. There is a parking lot 1/2 block from the unit that we used, it was perfect. We felt safe in this area at all times even with our kids.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the French Quarter, tons of great restaurants nearby, and the WWII Museum was close too. The space itself was a unique, lofted-style VRBO with tons of old wood charm that gave it a cozy, historic vibe. The host was incredibly responsive and super helpful throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. Great spot for exploring New Orleans.
