The walls are blank, there are no puctures / at hanging anywhere. The nails are there but the walls are blank. The beds were great and the bathrooms were spacious. I had not stayed in that area of New Orleans before. I was there for a conference, and it could not have been a better location. There's a very nice grocery store nearby, and incredible restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself is very clean and well-appointed. We raised a complaint as soon as we checked in and nothing was done to address the issue for two days despite escalating multiple times. Someone reached out to us on the last day and simply asked to keep a towel on the floor to absorb the dripping water, instead of fixing it. Also, there was no hot water at all on our last day. We had a few snafoos upon arrival. We had a very difficult time parking and find the condo. The building doesn’t have any marking that are large. Part of the road was closed due to the building that had collapsed locally so we understand a few of the issues. I wish we had been warned about the parking, or lack there of, we ended up parking across the street and paying $20 a day. We were close enough to bourbon street to walk, there was some cool shopping and things to see around us. Very close to the trolly we would buy a $6 all day pass good for that or the bus all day. The apartments are clean and safe we would stay there again if we make it back. I would say for groceries if you see a wal mart or Kroger before you get to New Orleans I would stop there, we had trouble finding a nearby grocery store. ##### Melina G.
