It's only 3 blks to the Canal Streetcar to the Quarter (2mi), but the apartment also has lots of walkable options: bars, restaurants, grocery. The best of both worlds! The space You have the 1bed/1bath private unit all to yourself. It is an open concept apartment with a door that closes off the bedroom. Too, there is a pullout couch in the living room for a total of up to 4 guest in the unit. Guest access Parking is right out front. There are two spaces. One is reserved for our guests.
