He was very thorough with instructions, responded within a timely manner, and didn’t require much for the checkout process as other hosts typically do. The home - WOW…pictures do no justice for the upkeep and immaculate maintenance of the house. Everything was so clean and you could tell that he contracts with detailed cleaners due to the small details that most cleaners typically miss in rentals. We were equipped with all the gadgets and equipment in the fully stocked kitchen to prepare our meals, laundry necessities and toiletries were readily available (and good quality), all the couples had sufficient space to feel comfortable moving about, and the entertaining space was perfect for what we were looking for. The land that the home sits on is so peaceful and quiet, in a good neighborhood, and I love that the entire backyard is fenced in for privacy. Proximity to the French Quarter is about 30-40 mins, but it wasn’t a big deal for us because we enjoyed staying in a more suburban area. There are grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants right down the street by the highway so that was really convenient as well. Overall, this was definitely one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in and we will definitely be staying again on our next visit with family and friends!
