The property is just as described. It is centrally located and close to everything you will need. Shops, restaurants, bars, the French Quarter. We had a car but it wasn’t needed and it sat in the parking lot most the time. It was easier to walk or travel by streetcar and/or bus and a lot cheaper than uber. We bought a jazzy pass for 8 and it was all we really needed for transportation. The host was great and very responsive. As the listing states, you can hear your neighbors and although there is a noise ordinance in place, it does not eliminate the sounds of people walking above you and hearing them talk. So if you are a light sleeper this would not be the place for you. I’m a hard sleeper so the noise wasn’t loud enough to bother me or the other people with me. Although noise machines are thoughtfully provided, we didn’t need to use any of them.All in all, this is a great place and I would stay here again when visiting NOLA and recommend this place to others.
