We really enjoyed the house: super clean, great location and with a great site manager, Anna, that brought us extra hangers and soap when we extended our stay. Will come back if I am in New Orleans!
Our stay at this property was great. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for relaxing, cooking, and hanging out. The check in process was very smooth and the house had everything that we needed! Would definitely recommend.
The house itself was quite nice. Very high ceilings which made it seem open and roomy. I was disappointed that the furniture on the balcony was missing and there were just cushions left on the ground. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but we didn't have any problems. Very short walk to the streetcar. The kitchen could use a few more things, like mixing/serving bowls.Overall, we liked the house.
Myself and 3 girlfriends stayed here. The house was awesome. Beautiful, spacious and clean. Exactly like the photos. We walked to a wahlgreens, liquor store and taco place nearby. Lyft is about 5 min to the French quarter and street car stop is a couple blocks away. The courtyard is really nice at night. The pool is salt water I think. Not too big but doesn't seem like all the residents try to use at the same time. So it worked out. We didn't really use too many amenities. The coffee left there was old so didn't make any we didn't cook. But the spice rack seemed to be missing some essentials. Regardless I would absolutely stay here again 👌🏾

Just what we needed.
Big and clean, we loved the balcony, and location.
The cleaning ladies were there when we arrived at 4:30, so we tried to stay out of their way. We walked to a small grocery store about 4 blocks away for food. 1 block in the other direction was St. Charles street.
I would suggest having more skillets and serving dishes so that a meal can be made for a larger group (we had 7). Also, there are no baking pans. The bathrooms need way more towel racks!! Right now, there is only one rack per bathroom; towels ended up on the floor or hanging off the bunk bed. Also the bunk bed room needs a dresser to put away clothes. The TV in the living room does not seem to be connected to the Internet like the one in the bathroom. The light bulb on the left of the King bed is burnt out and we couldn’t find replacements.
Comfortable house in walking distance to restaurants
I rented this home with two friends from work for a conference. Pros: spacious bedrooms and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Was walking distance to many restaurants and the streetcar. Pool was refreshing and having laundry available was awesome. We were 10 minutes Uber to our convention center and all the great attractions of New Orleans.
This house is managed by Hosteeva, which made the reservation process cumbersome with having to sign extra waivers and provide extra photo ID then when I have had to in the past with just VRBO and other apps. Because of this there was confusion about the ID and I didn’t have my check in information when I was on the way to the home from the airport. A few things lacked in the home- a chair was broken, some dust bunnies were left, dirty walls, missing iron, no paper towels. Their is also a spotlight from the neighbor that shines in the master bedroom all night making it difficult to sleep. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy. I realize New Orleans is not know. For being the safest city- but I do not recommend walking area at night.
The gas was left on the stove from the cleaners so all of us had headaches after arriving, there was food all on the carpet and table from last guest, couldn’t use pool because it was freezing cold, no dishes to cook with. There was a half full pop can left there also.

The property was very nice and well done in so many ways.. It is a shame to have that nice of a place and spend so little on the amenities - shampoo was hodge- podge, cheap toilet paper and no Kleenex. One towel ripped when simply trying to dry off. There needs to be a dresser in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The ice maker also did not make any ice.
The house, had what we needed, and was located in an area that was quiet. Could use a few more cooking supplies and a visit from housekeeping with towels would have been appreciated.

Great location, awesome place.
Just a couple of items to consider. Really need a shower mat in the tub for more secure footing. Need maybe a couple more chairs in the living room with the tv. We had 7 people and the couch love seat could only accommodate 4 comfortably. Also maybe some kind Of vanity in the 2nd bath so more than one gal can get prepped for going out. Also a dresser in the 2nd bedroom. No where to put your things in there. Otherwise I thought the place rocked!!

Great place to stay if you can handle stairs!!! 5 min walk to streetcar is worth every penny!!! And there are restaurants to choose from in walking distance too. The pool is an added bonus. Will recommend to all!!
