New Monastery

Rooms are clean, staff wasn’t really helpful and friendly. When I had problem in the room they said they can’t leave the front desk and someone who can help going to be only tomorrow (I was staying one day only) it didn’t make sense for me and I asked to change the room, what also was a problem I had to take all my thing back to the lobby so they can switch the keys and give me keys from a new room

Breakfast was very good: choices, service, reasonable price, and quality. Room is very spacious by European standard, but clean and well maintained on a daily basis. The only downside is hotel restaurant offers only breakfast

The TV did not work, even after calling staff, and experts. The so-called third bed was not a bed, it was a very soft sofa which caused my daughter backache pain in the morning. There was no black tea or coffee or milk available in the room. The breakfast was good and plentiful.
