Are you looking for a safe and beautiful place to stay in East Tennessee that is fully furnished and has all the amenities of a home? We have you covered in our European-styled second-story flat. Folks stay with us for work in Morristown, University of Tennessee home games (25miles), horseback riding events in New Market (5miles), Carson Newman University events (2 miles), and visits to Pigeon Forge / Sevierville (30miles). This unit has beautiful decor and furnishings. Full kitchen with dining table for 6\. No carpeted area in the apartment. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Enjoy! WIFI - 500mb included. Roku in the living room and Roku - off-air antenna TV in the bedroom. We live just 1 mile from the apartment. If you ever need anything at all, we are glad to help. We are happy to give you hints on places to play, shop and eat. We recommend local places like Gondolier Italian, Pals Hamburger Drive-thru, or The Mad Ox House downtown! Just let us know by text or message, and we will be glad to be your local guide. This is above a commercial space used by the state of Tennessee. I felt safe & secure in the apartment. There was plenty of space. Shawn was very great at communicating everything and quick to respond to my questions. Owner is very responsive My husband and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holidays for some alone time. The apartment was very nice with modern decor and pretty much everything we needed. We were about 35 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg which has lots to do. Knoxville was about 25 minutes away. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. My only concern initially was the location of the apartment, it's in back of the Dept of Children's Services. That threw us for a loop but the owner guided us right to the door. This is the second time we've stayed at the apartment offered by Shawn Wilmoth and the second time we've been blown away by this perfect space. At first sight, the visitor thinks, "Huh? It's where?" Once inside, however, the large, open space, soothing colors and comfortable amenities make me want to stay forever. I'm torn about espousing the benefits of this apartment because I selfishly want it to ALWAYS be open to us when we're in the area for my daughter's horse shows. We have absolutely zero reason to stay elsewhere when she's showing at River Glen. Jefferson City is just over the hill, with restaurants, banks, gas stations and other retail and the road to River Glen show grounds is just three and a half miles down 11E. The apartment is always pristine, with plenty of linens available, a full kitchen and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Shawn Wilmoth is super easy to work with and is very flexible and helpful. He is ALWAYS patient when I ask him -- each and every time -- "now HOW do you get in?" ##### Tina C. Stay here :) I needed a place to visit in East Tennessee when visiting my parents. I must say that I have found "a home away from home". The apartment is comfortable and clean with all the amenities you could ask for. This area is quiet yet centrally located to shopping, lakes, restaurants and best of all the Smokies. The owners are nice, friendly and so helpful! They really care about making your stay a pleasant and comfortable one. This will definitely will be my choice of place to stay when I visit.
