Guests have full access to the house except for any locked spaces. The garage/shed at the back of the house is off limits. Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome one well-behaved dog with prior approval and a small pet fee. Sorry, no cats, even though we love them too. Guest Policy No parties or large events All overnight guests must be listed in the reservation Day visitors are allowed—just let us know ahead of time Water & Septic System Our home runs on a private well and septic system. To help keep things running smoothly: Please conserve water, especially in dry months No water games, sprinklers, slides, or kiddie pools Only flush toilet paper—no wipes or hygiene products Winter Travel Advisory (October–April) Delaware County is stunning in winter—but it does come with snow and ice. Please plan ahead: Use AWD, FWD, or 4WD vehicles Equip your car with winter or all-season tires with good tread Avoid 2WD or RWD vehicles during winter storms The driveway is plowed and shoveled to the door. A snow shovel is also provided for your use during your stay. Payment Information: Payment for the reservation is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider.
