To help keep things running smoothly: Please conserve water, especially in dry months No water games, sprinklers, slides, or kiddie pools Only flush toilet paper—no wipes or hygiene products Winter Travel Advisory (October–April) Delaware County is stunning in winter—but it does come with snow and ice. Please plan ahead: Use AWD, FWD, or 4WD vehicles Equip your car with winter or all-season tires with good tread Avoid 2WD or RWD vehicles during winter storms The driveway is plowed and shoveled to the door. Only the number of guests on the reservation should be in the house. Let Host know of daytime guests. No smoking or vaping indoors. If you must smoke, do so outdoors only and extinguish when done then put in the garbage. There will be a $500 fee for evidence of smoking indoors. One dog max are allowed with approval and additional fee. Sorry, no cats. I know, we love them too. Unfortunately there are too many guests with feline allergies. Quiet hours 9PM to 8AM, keep outdoor noise to a minimum. Non-Refundable Reservations: Some reservations are non-refundable because the guest selected the discounted non-refundable rate at checkout, or because the booking was made close to the arrival date and falls within Airbnb’s non-refundable window.
