New Graduation Tower

The staff here were superb, especially at breakfast. They couldn't have done more. The breakfast is good - they'll cook your order fresh. Th layout is interesting - the service area is laid out within a service station style restaurant - bit they have almost everything your need for a good breakfast. Parking was a part of the rate and free. The room we had was a little musty, my daughter said it smelt like damp socks. The carpet wasn't dirty, but also not clean. The pillows smelt like they needed a good wash, smelt sweaty. A tad noisy with bumps and bangs throughout the night. So a motel thats ideal for a stop off on a long trip across Europe.

I would book this hotel again. It was well priced and in a very convenient area for travel. But there are two things that stick out: 1. The hotel room door didn't fully latch shut when I left for an hour. When I came back the door was visibly open. Luckily my room was further away and I was only out briefly. So the chance for someone to go into my room was limited. But it's still concerning. Nothing was missing. You need to make sure the door is fully shut, with a lot of force. 2. The WiFi policy is kind of odd. Only one device per room could connect at a given time. So if you have multiple devices (e.g traveling with a phone, tablet, and a laptop) or multiple people, not everyone can use the WiFi at the same time. Unless you pay extra. You have to log in and log out.

Hotel was lovely and clean / breakfast and the restaurant serve very good food highly recommended. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are very professional. The surrounding area is quiet but nice and within easy reach of Hannover Centre. My only comment is the the single business rooms are not so in keeping with the rest of the hotel and need some updating. However rooms are clean and functional. If i were to stay again i would go for a double room to get a bigger bed.
