We found our bathroom smelled a little mildewy when we arrived and the floor very sticky - I’m guessing a new mop head was needed. But the room and bathroom were clean, nonetheless. It was a little noisy in the hall during the evening, but by 11 p.m. it had quieted. We both slept very well which is unusual for us the first night in a motel. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay here again.

Only thing had an issue with was pool heater broken had kids expecting to get on the water and couldn’t one of main reasons we picked this hotel . All else great service everyone nice and everything comfortable and clean

The property or hotel has nothing to do with my response. Clearly I should’ve booked this room directly through IGH as I have been a holiday inn member for over 30 years. I paid a much higher rate through you. Lesson learned! Next time book directly with the hotel. You have lost my budinrss!
