Everything was great. The check in process was fast. Enjoyed breakfast specially it was located on the rooftop. The room was always clean. Friendly and helpful staffs.

All ok ok. Weird alarm on both nights- rooms are not soundproof. Room needed a rug- just too bare. Breakfast was good. It's not the most lively place. I did like that they had a kettle in the room. That was probably the nicest thing for me.

Smart Guesthouse was a great place to stay on our visit to Rome. Conveniently located near train station and Metro. Decent walking distance to many landmarks. Room was clean and perfect for my daughter and I. Host was super helpful and accommodating.

The room needed a thorough cleaning. Carpet looked okay but after walking onit barefoot for a couple of hours Your feet look very dirty. The coffee maker in the room was broken.... Other than this everything was great. Nice friendly staff Terrific complementary breakfast.

The carpet on the way to the room was disgusting. It was filthy, with dirt embedded in the carpet, a stained white washcloth on the floor, and bits of trash scattered about.
