Relaxing Vacation
Although there is plenty to do around the area, we enjoy this location because it is a perfect place to just relax. Host and Owner are nearby to assist in any way. It is our favorite place to be away.

Stellar Gem of a find!
This place is a hidden gem and so perfect. The house, the solitude, the horses, the art and decor, the views! We visited the hot springs (only 20 minutes away) and enjoyed time in Glenwood Springs. The owners are fabulous people. We can't wait to return!

Staying on the ranch was just what we needed. The home is well appointed, the hosts are wonderful. We were able to enjoy morning walks around the property with spectacular views and some friendly daily visitors, deer, wild turkey and of course the resident ranch horses. Kelly and Toni were the best hosts. We learned a lot about the area and got some great recommendations for food and exploring. Our only complaint is that we had to end our stay, we will definitely be back!

Everything was exceptional. The home is located on a working ranch in a scenic Colorado valley. The home is beautifully designed and laid out for a comfortable stay. All accommodations including furniture, appliances, bedding and kitchen accessories were all above expectations and met our every need. There are many outdoor seating areas to take advantage of the scenic surroundings. Landscaping is artfully done and well cared for. Hosts made us feel like we have always been friends. The home is perfect for just kicking back and relaxing. However, other outdoor activities are abundant and easily reachable.

The property and home are exquisite. Words cannot describe the wonder of this home. There are many personal touches and a sense of calm and zen in the home and on the patios. The owner and property manger are so nice, helpful, and friendly. I feel like we are all old friends after our 4 night stay. This is definitely a one in a million find.

A perfect get away
The property is very peaceful and comfortable. The rivers and creeks were running to high for fishing, but we found a fun lake (at the owners suggestion), hiking trails and plenty of things to do. It was very relaxing and just what we needed.

How do I find the words? Toni - thank you. From the amazing beauty that surrounds the property to the fine art and details of this unique find, I give it 5 stars and then some. I stayed at this stunning, floor-to-ceiling window ranch for 5 days with my husband, 1.5 year old and Shiba. The details - the views of the mountains and fields are indescribable. We often found ourselves sitting on the property with coffee in the mornings or wine in the afternoons just staring at the land’s beauty. Then, we would walk the property, love on the ranch horses and run into Toni - the kindest land owner you could share a space with. The best part, if you didn’t want to talk to anyone you had that option too. There are hikes near by, you can ride your bike, read a book, sit by the fire pit or cook yourself a fine meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Let’s talk about the house - I was so inspired. The layout is phenomenal. You have two separate wings that are tied to together by a shared communal space and connect through long hallways with sprawling windows. The stone and cement flooring are contrasted by warm woods and antique furniture throughout the home. The shared space has a gas fireplace stove that is surrounded by windows that open to the backyard that has a vibrant flowering bed that welcomes deer, wild turkey and sometimes bear - so cool! We found ourselves sleeping like babies, reconnecting as a family, and becoming one with nature and art. We’ll be back.

Secluded beauty
Lovely custom home, original art and antiquities, spacious living/dining areas, comfortable furniture, high end kitchen appliances, en suite bedrooms on opposite ends of the house, perfect for privacy. There are many outdoor seating and gathering areas, lovely flower gardens artfully placed. The house is situated separately and privately on a working ranch with wonderful hosts on site but not in sight yet available to meet any and all requests. Great hiking along both Main Elk Creek which is on the property and East Elk Creek which is very close. There are multitudes of outdoor activities in the area. This home is perfect for one or two couples, quiet, private and honestly, quite glorious.
