Amazing location with great rooms and free activities (snorkelling / kayaking / volleyball etc.)
Slightly ruined by the slow restaurant staff. Although they tried their best, it wasn't very fitting of a 5 star resort. The food was average and prices not reflective of the quality of the food. Granted, we were paying a premium but left feeling a little ripped off.
The WiFi was pretty much non existent during our stay. Hope they fix it by the time you go yourself!

This is the best hotel i have ever stayed in (Ive stayed in a lot). We had the over water bunglow. It was worth every penny, just wish i had longer there. Go down the steps and fish and turtles everywhere. Buffet was incredible, endoess choice and top quality food. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room exceeded expectations. Flower arrangements on our first night was a nice touch. Staff had no sense of urgency but that's just New Caledonia. The bay nearby was stunning...quite idyllic until the cruise ship passengers arrived. Grounds well-kept. The pool was too warm!! Good snorkelling from hotel which was the best part. Overall pretty fantastic.

Located just 2 minutes walk from the water the hotel has everything else but the waterfront location. Friendly, good value for money and comes with a pool, spa and sauna.

Very nice accommodation, seems newly refurbished, spacious apartment, great views and spotlessly clean with daily service. Only gripe was that the TVs have the internet disabled so there are no streaming services and you can’t cast from your phone. Unfortunately, we had bad weather and the two English language news channels became rather tiresome.

Hotel employees are great, very helpful, ready for interesting chats, great tips, very professional. They should have more stars, for the great people working there.
Only bad thing, the works on the beach, in front of the hotel, but hopefully they will finish soon, but welcome the improvements.

The golf course at Sheraton Deva is first rate and great fun to play. There are plenty of other things to do in the area, hiking and biking being the most popular.

The service was excellent and the staff were very pleasant too. It made my mother in law’s stay very happy. The room was clean and the view from her bedroom was beautiful too.
