The rustic, fishing-themed finished basement provides ample space for you and your guests to relax and watch movies on the new 58-inch HDTV with surround sound (features include HD cable, a Blu-ray/DVD player, PS3, and Apple TV). There is also a poker table for your entertainment. Nothin Dune boasts high-speed WiFi throughout and a state-of-the-art Sonos sound system, which allows you to play your favorite Pandora station anywhere in the house. The outdoor patio has a gas grill and a long dining table with enough chairs for the entire family, while the yard provides a great place to sit, cook, spend time with friends, or sip a cocktail at sunset. It's big enough to play a game a whiffle ball or set up a badminton court. The finished gazebo overlooking the beach is a lovely place to catch a snooze in one of the two day beds or read a book as you enjoy the lake breeze.
