Private beach access. North Byron Our garden is the beach! Beautifully designed & spacious beach house, situated in the Idyllic village of New Brighton, just a short drive North of Byron. It truly is an outstanding location to relax, unwind and have an amazing family or group holiday. Surrounded by a lush, tropical garden, & only 20 steps to a pristine beach, watch the sunrise & Whales play from your own private viewing area. Fall asleep to the sound of the Ocean and wake to the song of birds. 2 min walk to Cafe, & shop. Great for kids - Basket ball hoop, Ping pong & games. \*\*Our cleaning/linen fee is based on the use of the entire house. If you do not require the beds or space downstairs then please get in touch and I will be able to reduce the fee. Small pets/dogs possible - but please message before booking.\*\* You will not be disappointed! As well as being beachfront, our place is opposite the River, where you can Kayak and paddle. Our stunning beach retreat has a fantastic, spacious, open plan living area on the upper floor. Brand new comfy lounge sofas allow you to relax whilst watching the huge wall mounted Smart TV. A fully equipped Gourmet kitchen with bean to cup coffee machine, means you can cook up a storm for all the family! Plenty of space for dining inside or out, whatever the weather. Full glass sliding doors open out on to the the expansive undercover deck area, surrounded by lush tropical gardens. From here take 20 steps to the beach, where you can see both ocean and mountains. The beach here is pristine! Relax in style & comfort outside, with a choice of hammock or outdoor sofas. You will find a fantastic Webber BBQ and kitchen with a cooler fridge. An outside shower lets you wash off before heading inside. To the front of the property you will find 3 large Queen bedrooms, all with new comfy mattresses, linen and towels, and built-in storage. The Master bedroom has a an ensuite with a good sized shower & a work space with desk & chair. There is another office space in the 2nd bedroom, equipped with monitor, chair and desk. Large Family bathroom with walk-in shower. Downstairs to the property, with it’s own separate entrance, you will find the entertainment area. The large lounge area has a huge comfy sofa, large Smart TV and small shower room. The entertainment room smartly doubles up as extra sleeping space, where you will find a pull down queen bed with an excellent new mattress. Perfect for older kids! Outside to the front of the property is a ping pong/table tennis and basketball hoop. Parking for up to 4 cars only. A few bikes are provided for use. Please note that the downstairs area is not connected internally to the upstairs area. SItuated in the Idyllic village of New Brighton - you are well-positioned to explore all the wonders of Northern New South Wales and the ByronShire. Only 30 min Gold coast Airport. 20 Min to Byron Bay. Weekly Farmers Market and coffee shop on your doorstep. Enjoy Marshalls creek across the road with a rope swing and a great spot to take a paddle. Take a short 5-10 min bike ride to the neighbouring village of South golden beach where you will find a great park and skatepark and another fab cafe. Please note that we advertise for 10 guests but only a MAX of 8 adults allowed. It’s a great place for all ages. Beautiful big deck where we spent most of our time. Access to the beach from the property isn’t easy, There are no stairs, just a drop down and you have to climb back up the sand which was fun for the kids but not possible for Mum. There is no access from the room downstairs to the top floor of the house from inside, you need to go up the outside stairs which wasn’t really an issue we just had to change a few sleeping arrangements due to there being quite a few young kids in our group. Except to get supplies and the occasional meal, we spent the whole time chilling at the house while occasionally jumping in the ocean which was literally in our back yard. The house was perfect, clean great kitchen, bbq area. The best thing is the outside deck where we spent most of our time. Hammock, table. Even when raining was bliss lying there listening to the rain drops and smelling the ocean. Close to Ocean Shores shopping centre and a stones throw to Brunswick for some cool restaurants and cafes. And across the road from the river for some local fishing. Of course the most impressive thing is the house backing onto the beach. We will definitely be going back!! Seriously, we have high standards, and this was perfect. And the beds were super comfy. Again can't recommend highly enough. ##### Robert G. The area had significant rains prior to our arrival, so if the accommodation was no longer habitable, we should have been advised prior. On the day of our check in, the host messaged that we would get the access code the following day, (a day after our booked arrival). Trying several avenues to contact the host to confirm our arrival and get a code was stressful. A 7 year old child fell through a rotten board on the main deck. The deck had nails sticking up; enough to cause a nasty injury. We put tape over them to minimize the risk. I have never had reason to complain about any of our many other stayz holidays. ##### Heather M. It had everything we needed for our family of 4 to have the perfect getaway. From the weekly farmers markets and local store just a short stroll from the house to buy our supplies for the week, to starting each day eating breakfast and enjoying a cafe quality coffee from the house machine whilst over looking the stretch of beach just 20 steps away watching whales and dolphins play in the waters a short distance from shore.
