The Escape...On the Guadalupe River.

Come Escape to the Texas Hill Country and the Guadalupe River. Stay in your own getaway right on the water. Watch the sun set over a ridge, feed the deer in your front lawn or just kick back, relax and watch the river ease on by. We are located on the upper part of the river between the 3rd and 4th crossing about 10 minutes from Canyon Lake and about 15 minutes from New Braunfels.
The Escape is a 2 bedroom, one bath house with a spacious living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The house features:

Wonderful place on the River

The house is perfect for small groups. The location is excellent. You can swim, tube and fish. This is our 3rd time here and will be back.

Very charming house with river access. We had a wonderful time tubing the Guadalupe river and enjoying the beautiful property. Two foxes and a racoon visited us in the evening while we enjoyed the cool breeze on the covered deck. We also enjoyed morning yoga near the river.
Gorgeous and serene float on the river. Floated right to the house from 4th Crossing--took about 3.5 hours.

Quiet Escape

My wife and I stayed for her mothers day getaway. It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The house was cozy and clean, matching the description exactly. The location on the river is wonderful as well. We will be back for sure.

Great cabin

I stayed here for 3 months while I was looking for a house. The location is convenient and beautiful. It is a perfect getaway on the river with lots of wildlife. The owner is very responsive. I hated to leave.

Great Place

The house is perfect for a small group. The location is amazing and the little dock is perfect to fish off of or just sit and watch the water. It is our 2nd time to stay and we will definitely be booking again. The host is easy to communicate with and quick with responses.

Great location

We’ve stayed here almost every year for the past 8 years. The house is clean and cozy with the water right out the back door. Perfect for fishing or swimming. Can’t wait to stay again next summer!

Great and Easy Getaway

The house was just as described and very well stocked with all of the amenities one would need. My favorite part was having my coffee on the deck by the water. The beds were comfortable. The tube rental was super close, and they were so friendly. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous Family Friendly Property

We had a great stay! The house was clean and the location was quiet. Great first river stay for our kids! Location was perfect. Not too close but not too far from important locations. House was well stocked as well. We will definitely be back.

Quant Paradise

Our family (9 yo son, 16 yo daughter, hubby, & I) stayed in this quaint home for the weekend & had a fantastic time! The location couldn't have been better. We had an absolute blast fishing, tubing & attending a concert at Whitewater amphitheater. The beds were comfortable & the house was clean. We would definitely stay here again!

This was such a cute property. It was very well kept and clean. The check in process was great. House was as pictured. I love how the bathroom has a separate “get ready space” with a mirror and small chair. WiFi/netflix/air conditioner/fridge all worked great. Not the best water pressure, but we were all able to take hot showers so that was nice. The chargers on the night stands were a great touch. Extra blankets and pillows if needed. The back porch was awesome with a great view of the river. The river isn’t far from the house either. I Would stay here again.

Great Vacation

We’ve been coming to Sadler Texas for about 14 years and have rented quite frequently from Robert and VRBO. Love the location love the scenery and would recommend this House Rental to anyone. You won’t be disappointed. The host Robert is great and very helpful with anything you need or any questions you have to ask.
