This 6-unit, two-building triplex can accommodate up to 40 guests, making Twin River Villas perfect for large family reunions, special events, and retreats. We had a small maintenance issue, stepped across street to the the Spud Place (Food was amazing), and returned and issue resolved. Putting the street address in gmaps didnt quite work, probably operater error. Ended up using the spud ranch close by to get closer to the property and it was easier using that as a reference point any other time. Traffic in area gets super heavy kinda early in the day so walking to nearby places is definitely recommended. ##### Justin F. Reviewer Comments: Four if s stayed in the Black Swan at Twin River Resort. This is the third time we've used RiverCityResorts. As pleased as we were with the layout of our place we were VERY disappointed with the beds. The one in the bedroom smelled of vomit and the pullout bed mattress had springs coming through it. Horrible! We'd like to use your group next year as this s a yearly trip for us so I hope you can resolve his problem. We left a message on Saturday but no one returned my call. ##### Leslie S. ---
