  • WE HAVE PICKLE BALL NOW!! POOL IS OPEN!! BRING YOUR PADDLES!! And an amazing HOT TUB!! everything is completely PRIVATE to you and your guests. 1.5 miles to DT New Braunfels and Gruene.
    house is on a huge lot right in the middle of town and everything that is awesome about new braunfels and Gruene. 6 blocks from schlitterbahn. Just minutes from all the tubing companies and all the river entrances for both the Guadalupe and Comal River. House has a huge kitchen and two full bathrooms. There is a propane and charcoal barbecue pit. There is a fire pit. Also relax and have some beverages in the sports bar/lounge right behind your house. The bar/lounge is completely private to you and your guests. The pickle ball court is shared with the other house on the property. (no unauthorized parties). if you wanna host a party of 25 or more there is an extra event fee $) ***you can book the entire resort privately. There is another house and resort style pool available.
