The only real issue was the property management company who took reservations. We turned in our contract as soon as we got it and redid it the 3 times we got the text they hadn't recieved it. The am of our check in before leaving home we still hadn't received the check in procedure etc. Had to wait till they opened and called. Cheryl was amazing and figured out that nobody was checking our contracts as recieved thus initiating the email that goes out for check in procedure. We sure didn't want to make the 4 hour drive only to find out something was wrong. Otherwise, everything else was pretty much perfect! ##### Dionne K. This is your place. Nothing fancy. They have a pool but no extra towels. There are no vending machines and no staff on site for help. No phones in room 1 small trash no extras. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so after taking a shower the whole room was like a sauna.
