Relax on the covered patio just off the living room and take in the view.  
  
This spacious condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 8 guests. Elevator and stair access available.

The condo comes fully furnished with bath towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, TVs, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The kitchen and bathrooms feature quartz countertops, and the kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size stackable washer and dryer. The kitchen island offers extra seating and a great gathering space.

Nearby activities include tubing and kayaking the Horseshoe, fly fishing, hiking, wildlife viewing, and exploring Canyon Lake, Gruene, and downtown New Braunfels. The property also offers convenient access to Austin, San Marcos, Wimberley, Fredericksburg, and San Antonio.  
  
Life is better on the Guadalupe — and tube/raft rental options surround the area!
