Guests will have access to the entire condo unit, 1 assigned parking spot and 1 unassigned parking spot. There is public parking options a couple of blocks from the condo or in the street side of the condo should you have more than 2 vehicles.

You will also have access to the community amenities: a huge private river park with grills, loungers and picnic tables right on the river as well as a 2 gated pools and 2 hot tubes. Accessibility from the unit to the river park is limited and requires walking through stairs.

We live locally, and a quick drive away but will not be onsite unless needed during your stay.
