Plenty of room for everyone whether watching TV, eating, cooking, playing games, or just hanging out. The master boasts a king bed with an en suite private full bath. The guest bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed with a twin trundle. The guest bath is right across the hall from the guest bedroom and convenient to the living room and kitchen. Washer and dryer just down the hall so you can pack light. Catch an amazing sunset from the back yard while relaxing at the outdoor dining table with 8 seats or grill up some steaks on the charcoal grill while the kids play cornhole and watch the fireflies dance.



Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This home has room for 3-4 vehicles no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.



The house is conveniently located only 2 miles from Whitewater Amphitheater and Canyon Lake and boat ramp #1, 17 miles from downtown New Braunfels, historic Gruene and Schlitterbahn water park.
