Unclean home - I wouldn’t recommend staying

The location of the property is in a convenient, being close to town but the property and home is very unkept and dirty. The pictures on the listing is nothing like the home itself. Most of the doors do not open more than halfway, the beds are very uncomfortable and the house itself appeared to not have been cleaned. The river access is okay if you plan on sitting on the patio but not if you have children who want to play in the water.

Great location that needs updating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great communication with the property management! The house needs to be updated. There were missing knobs in kitchen. Most small appliances didn’t have all its parts. Ceiling fan in upstairs was very loud. Lights were out in some of the other ceiling fans. Bathroom floor upstairs has a soft spot that feels like you will go through the floor.

6/10 Okay

The location was great on the river.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a large family gathering, the deck on the back of the house was nice, as well as the area down by the river. The house was in fair condition, most everyone complained about the beds. I had to fix one of the bed frames because the leg was missing, and it was unbearable to sleep on. There were cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets and several on the floor and the floor wasn't clean. There were plenty of towels but could have more blankets available. If this house was updated with beds and more setting in the living room, I would give it a higher rating.
