About this property

'Penthouse' #1- right on the water, with direct private river access.

  • Our Penthouses offer a great space for you, your family, or your friends to enjoy everything the river and the surrounding areas have to offer. With direct river access and a picnic area for your use, there will be plenty of things to do right on your own doorstep. Tube rental, swimming, or just kicking back and enjoying the view. This is a new house and can accommodate up to 15 people so you won't need to leave anyone off your invite list..

    The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The living room is equipped with a television set and cable. There is also wi-fi for your convenience.

    There is a outdoor barbecue pit and the kitchen is equipped with standard appliances and pots and pans.

    PLEASE NOTE: Linens and towels are provided with any rental!

    NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED..

    Our houses are professionally cleaned and sanitized before each rental!!!
