Generally clean accommodations. Looks like the property is getting some updates, but some things still need to be tossed to make the place feel up to date. Old bath towels, old cookware, cheap coffee maker, dated patio furniture, and a cluttered garage, didn’t match the updated bedding and some of the other updates they have done. Some conveniences like shampoo, conditioner, bath soap we’re not provided and would have been really nice to have on hand. The guest bath would not drain, leaving us to all share the master shower. Access to the water was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but if I have to truly rate it against 5 star properties we’ve stayed at, it was just ok. ##### Jenny R. We loved the fenced in yard so we could let our dog out off-leash! The house had the essentials, nothing fancy, but met our needs just fine! Love the fact that we were on the river and it was more family friendly. I must say the walk down to the river is a little challenging but we managed.
