Unwind with breathtaking views and night sky glowing in this gated community right between San Antonio and Austin. Plus, you’re only 7.9 miles away from New Braunfels where there's amazingly delicious food to try out, family fun at Schlitterbahn Water Park & river floating activities galore; plus live entertainment at Gruene Hall or shopping sprees at the outlet malls and wineries nearby! Guest access: You have the entire condo to yourselves. The Golf Course is available at guests' expense. The community gate and this condo have a keypad. The codes are provided prior to check-in. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules. The minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old; the primary renter must be on property during the reservation period. A rental agreement provided by the host must be signed within 48 hours of booking; failing this, the reservation will be cancelled. Also be aware that there is a required $500 security deposit hold for all bookings (see house rules). We also want to let you know on Saturdays at 12 noon there will be a siren 🚨 that alarms as a practice. It's very loud and just don't want you to be alarmed. Although the community pool is small, we enjoyed it to ourselves several times during our stay which was great in the 103 degree temps.
