  • Our charming house, with yard and trees, is located in a quiet neighborhood 3 blocks from Landa Park and golf course. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Watch the local deer from the windows of our comfortable living room. The kitchen and separate dining room provide all you need for your stay. There are numerous wonderful restaurants nearby when you don’t feel like cooking. San Antonio is a short 35 minute drive away, and Austin is 50 minutes away - both of which are entertaining day trips. The San Marcos Premium Outlets are conveniently located within 15 minutes, and Texas State University is a 35 minute drive. Visit the nearby town of Gruene (8 minutes) and enjoy its shops, restaurants, view of the Guadalupe River, and Gruene Hall - the oldest dance hall in Texas. What could be nicer than spending a mild winter in New Braunfels, Texas....where everyone is friendly!
