It’s an easy walk to the locations to put in and get out. The check in process was super convenient and the communication from the host was great. Tons of board games, extensive cable & streaming selections & good wi-fi. Or just hang out in the front porch swings & watch the deer. Second time to stay here - highly recommend it. It is a very quick walk to the drop in for tubing on the river. The downtown area is very close too with many shops and restaurants. Muck & Fuss was great. We had a great time floating there and even in San Marcos. San Antonio is only about a 30 minute drive too. We would love to co.e back. We would stay at the same place, for sure. ##### Donna H.
