Sleeps 6. 3 bedrooms. Incredibly convenient to everything. Tubes provided for river floating. Walk to the Comal river (ten-minute walk). Charming interior. Relax on the two porch swings and watch the world go by. Walk to two bakeries, 3 coffee houses. Central air. Large eat-in kitchen, fully equipped. Great view of deer at play and while eating our vegetation. Off-street parking. High-speed Wi-fi. Cable TV. Two full baths. Clawfoot tub. Dining room. Walk to spas and nail salons. Walk to Wurstfest (15 minutes). Walk to antique stores in town. Built in 1910. High ceilings. Close to the San Antonio Street bridge over the Comal River on the town side of the river. Hardwood floors, hardwood ceilings.

We call it Bonaparte Place as it is on Napoleon Street.

If you use the grill, please clean it. No cig butts in the yard, please. New B recycles. Please separate cans, bottles, paper. Blue container.
Two dogs are allowed. $25 per dog. Please keep them off the couch and beds. The couch loves dog hair; please don't give it any. Pick up poop.
We will charge an extra cleaning fee of $20 for excessive dog hair.

We went to New Braunsfels to celebrate my bday with a group of friends. We loved the proximity and easy walk to the Prince Solms hotel and all the downtown restaurants etc. The house was very cute, cozy, and had a very nice front patio where we all loved sitting and watching the numerous deers. We enjoyed our stay and Leslie was so nice and a great host.

Absolutely loved staying in New Braunfels at Leslie’s home! House was well equipped, clean, and so comfortable! Loved swinging on the front porch as much as possible, and the home itself was so comfortable. It felt like home. The location - perfect! Easy, enjoyable walk to all New Braunfels fun - the river, restaurants, pubs - and an easy Uber drive to Gruene! Leslie was super helpful and communicative! She left folders of things to do and see! We will be back!!

Little jewel box of a house.

This house is located near downtown New Braunfels and the river. You can easily walk to restaurants/bars and shopping downtown. The river is around the corner. We enjoyed the front porch swings and dining al fresco on the back deck.

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying at Leslies home. The vintage style inside and out was absolutely beautiful. Leslie is very responsive, provided details to all the local restaurants and places to visit. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner, and really enjoyed the whole vibe.

Great space for a small family get together to enjoy walking distance to tubing the river (tubes were included) and an evening at Greune Hall. Very well stocked kitchen and lovely porch in the front and deck out back with plenty of seating for everyone.

Great House in New Braunfels

Nicely kept older house in the downtown New Braunfels area. My family and I stayed in town for Wurstfest, and found this property a short walk away from the festival. Very comfortable house that felt like a second home for the weekend. Would highly recommend.

NB Stay

I spent a much needed time off in this charming property. The hosts were easy to deal with and the house was comfortable for my lengthy stay. Close to the Comal but not a traffic problem. It was quiet. Location was perfect for dining and shopping.

Perfect for tubing

Perfect for people that want to go tubing. It’s an easy walk to the locations to put in and get out. The check in process was super convenient and the communication from the host was great. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout the house. Overall great stay!!

Peaceful Setting

The house is wonderfully decorated with era charm. The porch swings were a dealing to sit in and watch the deer. Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and site seeing. The owners are a lovely couple. Highly recommend this house!

This little historic home is beyond charming!! We had an issue with WiFi. Leslie was very prompt to respond to the problem and was resolved promptly. If you like to float the Comal River this is the place to stay!!

Easy access to tube chute & restaurants

Clean, comfortable, well-stocked house within easy 15 min walk to Tube Chute & river exit point; less than 10 minute walk to variety of restaurants, including oldest bakery in TX (check your diet at the door!). Tons of board games, extensive cable & streaming selections & good wi-fi. Or just hang out in the front porch swings & watch the deer. Second time to stay here - highly recommend it. Communicating with owner is easy & efficient.

Fun place

House is very vintage and cozy. It is a very quick walk to the drop in for tubing on the river. The downtown area is very close too with many shops and restaurants. Muck & Fuss was great. We had a great time floating there and even in San Marcos. San Antonio is only about a 30 minute drive too. We would love to co.e back. We would stay at the same place, for sure.
