Charming Riverfront Home on the Comal - Downtown New Braunfels

  • This is one of the best locations for a vacation rental in New Braunfels. Most things you don't even need to drive to!
    Our charming home is on the Comal River in New Braunfels and in the heart of town. Not only is it on the Comal River (which is spring fed, clear, and a consistant 78°) but walking distance to shopping, dining, farmer's market and across the street from Schlitterbahn. Home has been furnished and decorated by a professional interior designer with loving attention. House has three huge bedrooms, two baths. HDTVs in each bedroom and one 4k in the living room, large kitchen, lots of private parking and laundry room with washer and dryer. House can sleep up to 8. Located past the last tubers exit so you will find the home private and peaceful. Gardener included. Dogs (2) up to 35 lbs ok with an additional deposit. Home can only be rented once a month so make your reservation now.
    Great for vacationers but also for people who are in between homes or are on temporary transfer.
    This is a minimum 31 day rental home.
